Started Pre-Op Diet Today

I made it. Not bad for my first day. Had 2 protein shakes and grilled tilapia with green veggies for today's menu. My treat tonight will be a sugar free popsicle.

Sounds yummy, I'm totally jealous of the tilapia! I'm on day 6, 2 shakes and a Soup... It's been easy until today, being at home is so much more challenging for me, just need to keep busy. ;)

Good luck with the rest of pre op!

Good for you, I am 2 weeks behind you but on 4 shakes a day, 1 serving of fruit, 1 serving of veggies and sf popsicles, jello and that is about it.............
