If you are taking very small bites and chewing it until mush but still can't eat, it's possible your band is too tight.

Nah- I have days like this periodically. Usually it's hormonal.

I HAVE DAYS WHEN NOTHING GOES DOWN WELL. LIKE YOU I HAVE A PROTEIN

SHAKE AND MOVE ON. WHEN I TALKED TO MY DOC ABOUT IT; HE SAID NOT

TAKING IN ENOUGH FLUID THE DAY BEFORE. WHO KNOWS ..

You should be thankful you can still drink and at least get some nutrients!

On my tight days I couldn't even drink water. Nothing kills you faster than dehydration.

Does sound like u guys are too tight. I just got 0.75CC removed and still feel awesome restriction, but now w/o the pain and tightness!

Your only too tight when it's constant, not periodic, although I may agree when too tight for liquids! I can eat chips- not that I should!

I found out through my GP that when I have sinus issues, I have alot of post nasal drip in the back of my throat that fills up my pouch and this foam which is what we see when we do the BP,,, is all that flem which is VERY hard to break down... Some days its really hard to eat, and if I watch a crybaby movie - IMPOSSIBLE!

It makes sence to me, now I can see why drinking so much water is helpful... anyone else heard of this??
