Today I got a call offering to move up my final clearance appointment. It's now Sept 6th. After 7 months of classes and tests and appointments this just got real. After this clearance appointment I'll get my surgery date. I'm incredibly nervous. Now all that's left is getting this final medical clearance and insurance approval. Yikes.

Good luck to you all. I remember when the day I got my insurance approval I felt like a kid at Christmas. Then about 20 minutes after that reality set in that it was real. Perfectly normal to be nervous. We've all be there. :-)

Hi Ms Blue, I didn't get nervous until two days before my surgery and then I was going to cancel.

My friend talked me thru it and I am so glad she did.

I wish I would have done this much sooner.

The real reason I read your post was because of your name, I am also a Ms Blue.

That was my maiden name before I got married.
