4 Months In

Today it's been four months post-op.

Pre op weight 350

Today's weight 299.2

50 pounds gone and I no longer weigh 300 pounds.

I'm loving this new way of living.

I get anywhere from 70-80 grams a day. Everything I eat has Protein in it.

Congrats & Keep on working!

whoa! NICE!

Just out of curiosity, do you have/when did you start feeling restriction?

I would be thrilled to lose that much in your time frame but I'm hearing that the first 4-6 months is pure willpower and usually NO restriction

I started to feel restrictions right away. But I statred to eat more food about two weeks before my first fill. I got my first fill July 12. And now a month into it I am full for about six to seven hours and ear less. But I do have some days that I can eat a little more. It's still all about willpower. And making right choices. I could eat pizza for dinner if I wanted to but it's about being wise and eating lean protein and veggies.

How awesome keep ip the good work!
