Freshly banned you have room for many veggies? I can only have a couple of spoonfuls of veggies if I plan To get all my protein in and stay at a cup of food. I was told no lettuce because it gets
OK, I've been doing well so far, I know mostly what I can and can't eat. I know I can't eat really greasy stuff, nor can I have fibrous foods, they get stuck. I'm trying to find more fruits and veggies I can eat, but I don't wanna go through the whole list, and end up getting stuck more than usual. So does anyone know which fruits and veggies aren't fibrous? I know I'm safe with corn, potatos, tomatos, peas, onions, peppers, strawberries, bananas, cooked apples, tangelos, mandarians, and cooked carrots. The ones I can't have are lettuce of any type, raw apples, broccoli, spinach, celery, and asparagus.
