Coke Zero & Coffee

Hi,

I have read that you cannot drink carbonated beverages, and you should stay away from coffee. Can someone explain the reason for staying away from either of these drinks.

I personally don't drink coffee or teas. However, when I go out to dine with my meal I enjoy seltzer with lemon. I will miss that tremendously. It will be water with lemon or lime or maybe decaf tea with lemon when I am out dining. I don't drink caffienated beverages I am already a wired up person, LOL

My dr said absolutely no carbonation due to the reasons already stated. However they did say coffe in moderation was fine.
