This Is Hell!!!

Just had surgery yesterday and this is HELL! I never imagined the pain would be this bad, and the gurgling of my stomach makes me so nauseous!!! I'm over this band right now....lok

I thought the samething when I had surgery but I'm now almost 2 months post op and down just about 50lbs and that means so much to me. I even went as far as having a total breakdown and crying a few days after surgery so hang in there it will be well worth it.

Wow 50lbs.! I have only lost 17.... In one month. I haven't had a fill :(. But as soon I do I hope I do well. I would love to lose at least 10 a month.(hoping). Keep it up!

Hang in there! It gets easier each day :) Walk, walk, and walk some more. Make sure you take your prescribed pain meds on time before you start to feel bad. If you wait till you hurt, it will take twice as long to subside.
