Ok so no matter how hard I try to eat 1000 calories a day I can never make it most the time I can even make it past 500 calories my doctor says when I'm not hungry don't eat. Most mornings when I wake up I'm not hungry at all and I usually don't get hungry about 2 and then I'm hungry all afternoon. Even so I still cannot get 2000 calories a day that I need plus the exercise burns what I do you get. I do you make sure however that I try to get close to the protein amount that I am supposed to have a date so I come pretty close to that just not the calories. Any suggestions?
