Hi everyone I am schedule to have my surgery on 8/20 and I am so excited and anxious to start this process. I have been reviewing this website the past couple of days and find it very encourage able and hope to meet new people and very interested in hearing all the successful stories.

Hi there, I too am excited to start my new life style. I am schedualed for surgery Fri July 20. I will begin my protein regimine on Thursday July 5. I will be off from work 4 to 6 wks. I have to be 100 % before coming back to work. I am on my feet all day and lift alot, so they won't let me come back if I can't do the work. So I will enjoy the time off.

I am happy for you and yes enjoy the time off lol. I sit down at a desk all day so I will only be out for about a wk and I am able to go back. Well I will be wishing you the best luck in our new Journey and be checking on you to see how everything is going with you.

Congrats too both of you on your dates and the start of a new beginning. I'm schedule for July 31 so excited. I will continue to check on both of you.
