I'm also being band on Sept 4. I have start my pre-op but so far so good. It's not easy but you can do it. To me is a mind thing you have to be mentally and physically ready for your new life style. If you fall off the band wagon don't give up just dust yourself off and get back on. Tomorrow's a new day !!

My surgery is schedule for Sept 4 I'm also have the band with the pilcation. Thank you all for the information I find it very helpful to know the pain isn't so bad.
