3 Week Post Op F/u Appointment

Just left my appointment I have loss 10lbs since getting banded on 6/4/12. I'm so excited thought the scale would never move. He says slow is best and he only want he to loss 1-2lbs a week. Is this on track with others? Would like to here from others who we banded around the same time that I was.

Great job! I was banded on may 31st and I'm down 19 lbs. The first 15 flew off within tbe first 2 weeks, the last 4 I had to work hard for but they say slow and steady wins tbe race!!!!

Congrats! That is exciting, isn't it? I'm getting banded 7/25th. A lil' nervous, but the excitment for the chapter change trumps any nervs at this point. I hope I can have a good start like you. Good

Thank you so much. It is very exciting. Congrats on starting your new journey. It's very exciting and nerve racking all at the same time. When I got my surgery date I could barely sleep from all the excitement. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. It's really not a bad surgery.

Oh my, that sounds so delicious. Lol, congrats on your upcoming chapter change. We can do this, it will be so worth it!

I was banded June 13th and total with pre op diet and after surgery I'm down about 19 lbs. I did gain 1 lb from yesterday, had watermelon last night so maybe it was the sugar content in it I don't know. Congrats on ur loss!
