Friday Wiegh In

-24-12. I was 300 lbs. Today 2 mos out I wiegh. 267 lbs. Going so slow . :(

    Sorry it was 4-24-12 I started at 300lbs now today 2 mos out I wieght 267 lbs going slow I decide to make Fridays my wiegh in days

Remember, this is not at all a "quick" weight loss thing, this is steady, and you'll be able to keep it off. The average is still 1-2 lbs a week, and you've definitely exceeded that, so keep up the good work!!!
