If there is a fad diet out there, someone in my office is already doing it. Their new one is the "radio station DJ diet". THe link in the title takes you to the site.

Theoretically, I feel that a "shot" of pure protein cannot hurt. I was wondering if anyone had heard of this diet, and or tried doing a small gulp of those pure protein drinks that come in the test-tube shaped containers just before bed?

It doesn't seem like this would do any hard with the band. But I wonder if there is any scietific evidence that a shot of protein before bed could jumo start your metabolism. Anyone have any thoughts?

Oh no. I don't to do the fad but wondered if there is anything to support protein before sleep helping burn fat. If so. I may add a gulp of protein drink moments before my head hits the pillow ... the protein drink the girls at work use they get from the nodiet website. I would just try those pureprotein drinks from walmart that look like a big test tube.
