I had my dr. appt. today. I love my doctor so much she is so sweet. I told her I wanted to submit a referral to insurance for the LAP Band. She asked me some basic questions, smiled gave me the name of the surgeon she was referring me too, then immediately put in the referral. I went to the insurance desk and activated it. The girl at the insurance desk said I should know in less than a week if I have approval or not! YEA!

Now thats sounds like how the process should work
