Started running a low grade fever tonight it's only 99.2 and my surgey was 6/5 is this normal

my doc says to call asap if its over 100 just fyi you can develop an infection at any givin point

I would give your doc a call. It's probably nothing, but if it is an infection, you need to get on antibiotics for it ASAP.

The Dr said its normal for some to run a low grade fever as long as if there is no pain and I felt good.

My dr. said he wasn't sure since I had extreme pain two days ago. So whe he went ahead and called in another round of antibiotics for me. The fever has went down this afternoon.

is it bad to run a fever, what does it mean?
