So This Is Strange....day 2 Pre Op

Okay, so this is soooo strange. I'm on day 2 of pre-op liquid diet and I'm not even hungry! Yesterday I was starving, but to day - nothing!

Has anyone else had this experience?

    no, I'm hungry! started my diet on the 5th..... can't wait for the day of the surgery. I'm happy, but nervous and scared and excited at once.

    I had my surgery on July 1st and yes this was me for day 3 I forget to drink my protein I was acttually pushing myself... I had two parties in this period one was in my house and I managed not to eat... that is normal as your body is now creating something called ketoses which make you feel full... just keep in mind that if you cheated once ketoses will go away from your body and you will feel hungry again.. so the key DONT CHEAT even once...

    depending on your body some people enters his stage faster than others but eventually you will be in this stage soon just dont cheat...
