Vitamins And Protein

I am going in to schedule my surgery, and as I was writing down questions I figured I would come on here and ask which Vitamins and Protein shakes or supplements that everyone likes the most?

    I was given a long list of vitamins to take when I went to the 1st seminar. I now take liquid calcium/magnesium & multi vitamins. I also take extra D3, they wanted me to take 2000 IU. I feel great and I never miss taking them.

    I love Jay Robb whey protein powder. It has a good amount of protein, very low in carbs and no artificial sweeteners. I like to mix soy milk, greek yogurt and fruit with the protein powder for a great breakfast! It is filling and gives me a great start on the daily number for proteins,

    I drink lean 25 from GNC awesome!!! I also buy the powder and mix 1 extra scoop to my 8oz of liquid shake and I get something like 27gm protein for every 8oz and it's only 197 cal
