Did you see a Nutrionist? You should call and get ideas from them. I haven't been eating all of the required ounces and feel full almost all the time .

I talked to the dr and they say do 3 protein shakes a day but it's not helping. I also do soups and Popsicles

Try getting about 60-80 grams of protein a day. Even add protein to your pre-mixed protein shakes. That should help!

You can try spacing out your food. So soup wait an hour or two and then have the protein shake. This will help with both stomach and head hunger.

My first week I didn't even want to see food, it would take me an hour to get through a protien shake. Then over night the swelling went down and the hunger hit. I am three weeks post op and battling the hunger. It is bandster hell. I am just tracking my calories and trying to take it one day at a time till I reach the green zone. You are not alone.

Oh my gosh! I just posted this same thing, except my surgery was Friday. I spent until 2pm today having ZERO interest in food and now suddenly I'm so hungry!!! I'm glad to hear I'm not alone. Thanks.
