Ok I posted that I wasn't losting weight awhile back I stop looking at the scale everyday and I got back on today I'm down 12 pounds since the surgery which was on may the 4th 2012. I keep up with the inches to and I always see improvement with those but I'm so happy now

Wow! What great success in such a short amount of time.

I had my pre-op appt yesterday and they stressed to me NOT to weigh every day. They said once a week, same time, same day. However, we all know how hard that is because we want to see if we are making progress. Congrats to you and keep the good work. I'm sure I will be stepping on the scale more often than I am suppose to in the beginning to.
