I Have The Process In Motion!

Ok so I am Chavon I am 32 years old and about 150lbs overweight. I have yo yo dieted and failed my entire life. I have always been heavy and now that I have high blood pressure and avoid amusement parks for fear of not fitting on the rides, I am ready to get control of my life. I have my psych screen on the 28th and my first consult on June 1st. I am super excited to see myself thin and healthy for the first time ever! I am excited to stop taking the blood pressure meds and not feel like I am older than my mother. Any banded pros out there have any advice for me?

Thanks!
