Hi everyone I just joined and wanted to introduce my self. My name is Sarah and I had my surgery on February 23 2010. I have had some set backs recently but am trying to get back on track.

Welcome!! Mistakes are ok as long as you learn from them.

I am 5.7 yrs out and have made a couple even being way in. We have been one way for so long, that it just takes some of us longer. (myself included). Glad you are back on track.

I had my surgery 5.7 yrs ago and have lost 125 lbs. I am grateful every day for this program, which gave me a new lease on life. My energy levels are soaring and my life has changed so much. Every day I wake up I thank God for where I am today.
