Well tomorrow i go to the fast track seminar. It's going to be 4hours. I have a bunch of appointments in that time. Im excited, and a little nervous. I cant believe it, I really hope things move along quickly.

How fast is fast track at your center? I was 6 weeks because of a slow shrink and insurance company who didn't clearly articulate policy to doctors office.

Well step one is done, i have to do a 90 day diet, for my insurance to cover my lap band. But i completed a lot of appointments today.
