Have you been walking? Try to walk as much as you can and drink your Water. I am 12 days out and the bloating has pretty much gone away. Also try the gasx strips.

Good luck!

I was very bloated myself. I looked pregnant and was embarrassed to go back to work because no one knew I had surgery. When my doctor released me to excercise (more then walking short times) that made all the difference. I walked Forrest Gump style, used gas X strips, and fluids. My tummy went down fast. As far as the loose BM's i can tell you what I was told when i had that problem. if all you take in is liquid then all that comes out is liquid....LOL.... That gets better as you go through the food stages.

Thank you all very much!!! I will up my walking and do the other things suggested....i just hate this feeling because i actually have felt great since right after surgery....thought i had escaped the painful gas stage ...guess it just hit me later... Cant wait til the healing stage is over...nest of luck everyone!!! Xoxo
