Those Struggling With Hunger And Bm

I called the surgeons office and spoke to the dietician. She told me during this liquid phase there is not enough fat intake she told me to put 1 serving size of Peanut Butter in my Protein Shake, or use 2% milk instead of skim or 1% and blend. Also she said I could puree or blend a healthy Soup. She also told me that each phase is to help learn to tolerate each texture of food so you don't get sick, vomit, and/or cause band slippage, if its healthy and u can tolerate u can have but still highly recommended to continue to follow the different phases your surgeon suggested.

Oh and by the way those who are having problems with constipation, miralax, a powder you can put in Water or drink of choice will help you go and be back to normal, this is what the nurse suggested.

Hope this will help someone
