Where do you have to get skin surgery? You look great

So I decided today to get a fill today found out I'm 190 total weight loss 73lbs. I started at 263 my surgery was 4/25/12. The doctor's goal for me is 144 so that's 46 lbs to go. I kinda want to stop anywhere from135-140. I jus want yo be as far away from 200 as possible while still looking good. Everybody that sees me thinks I've hit goal already. I'm enjoying every compliment. I still don't feel small I can only tell how my clothes fit. I guess I'm so worried about the fat rolls I still see and when I look in the mirror I still see the fat me. I know a few of us have gotten stuck in a certain weight bracket for a while. I found a way to help jump start weight loss again. My husband has started his pre op diet for his surgery. Seeing as tho I've already went thru this and know how hard it could be without support I decided to help join him. I went and got a jar of body fortress and started a liquid diet again only this time I included just one meal a a day. I've lost 5lbs in just 5 days! My diet plan goes like this Breakfast: 8oz shake Boiled egg Snack: Fruit Lunch: 8oz shake Veggie or fruit Snack: Yogurt or 5 crackers w/tuna salad Dinner: Any type of lean meat Raw or cooked green or mixed veggies Snack: Fruit Yogurt Or sugar free popsicle Remember drink plenty of Water. Continue exercising

Any way to get rid of completely or make them less visible

I've finally hit onderland, just so happy my starting weight was 263 I had my surgery 4/25/12. I'm down 67 lbs. today I am 196. I haven't quite decide if I want to stop at 150 or go to 144, the goal weight my dr set. I guess I just have to wait and see what I look like. Just so excited I can't wait! I've been heavy for the majority of my life and it feels soon good to be shedding this fat! I just hope and pray that once its gone its gone!

Each day and compliment gets better and better.....old school mate sees me but thought I was my little sister, which is smaller than me, and she asks me aren't u related to Monique, and I say it is me lol and she couldn't believe it
