Yep!!!! you will have that for at least a week

Don't forget your body just had a very traumatic experience. Won't likely be long and you will swing to the opposite direction. Drink your water and should be fine

yep, normal. It's not the shake. Keep drinking!

did you have the shake in the drs rooms? i know that we are to drink water in the rooms before we leave... i thought i would like to take a shake and try that as well?/ then i will know that i can have soups and shakes for starters.

I was banded on Feb 03/2012 and have lost approx 60lbs. My problem I am having is with loose stools. It is almost like a water faucet at times. The only changes in my diet is that I am drinking decaf coffee with a non dairy creamer. Just wondered if any one had any advise.

I was banded on may 1st. A day after the band I started having diahrea. I only ate jello and had a small amount of water and it was still happening as of today. I called my dr and he said that was not good. He advised me to eat banana, yogurt, and drink mint tea.
