I was banded on the 26th of April tomorrow I start full liquids, anyone have any good advise on what to eat?

Soup. Plus you can pretty much blend anything and turn it into a liquid by adding milk and/or water. Just add enough to get the consistency that you need.

I started full liquids yesterday, so far I've had sugar free caramel pudding, sugar and fat free vanilla ice cream (only a tablespoon), and a cookies and cream protein shake. Let me know if you have any other suggestions

one thing I puree is chicken , refried been's and a little green enchilada sauce a little cheese it is good tasting baby food puree adult style. my doc said anything that can puree is ok no lumps chunks or bumps

When I was on full liquids, all I could have were protein shakes, milk, strained soup, pudding, and yogurt. My nutritionist wanted me to drink 4 protein shakes a day to make sure I got what I needed to heal from surgery.
