So I'm almost out of the medicine that I was given when i left the hospital :angry: . I have seen a couple of post about ppl taking children's tylenol ....wanted to know how many ppl tried taking it and does it help for the pain?

You can get generic adult tylenol that would probably work better. I believe the brand name is still under recall.

Yes, liquid. My girlfriend was able to get her pharmacist to order it for her but it is available on amazon.com. Just enter liquid acetaminophen adult.

The generic is just as good as the name brand stuff (this is from someone that works for Johnson and Johnson that makes Tylenol).

CVS Pharmacy carries the liquid acetaminophen, it is the adult strength, cherry flavor, their brand. Some stores carry it in the store if you are lucky or you can order it online. Also look for Tylenol Sore Throat. The only active ingredient in it is 500 Mg of acetaminophen per dose. Good luck!

I'm all smiles today my surgeon called me in a refill :D soooooo happy I took my last dose yesterday evening
