Need Exercise Support....help!!!

So today i have decided to get back to what i know works. After not going to the gym for the past 10 weeks after the tummy tuck i have really gotten lazy. To top it off, my plastic surgeon removes all the fill and for 8 weeks i had nothing. Talk about getting knocked off my high-horse. For the past two years i had it in my head that should anything happen to my band that i could do it on my own.... boy was i wrong. My hunger came back with a vengeance. I'm hungry all the time and i can eat ANYTHING... since my TT i have gained back 5lbs.... and i'm not happy about that. Now i have 5cc in my band and i'm still hungry. So this week i'm going back for 5 more.

I need help with keeping me on track. Two weeks ago i started back at zumba, but i need more. So today i'm going to strap my boobs down and attempt the c25k. I have NEVER ran before.

Anyone interested in helping me keep accountable... we can keep each other accountable. Report back either here or via messages on our day. How we did with food and exercise... I don't know about you all.... but i sure could use the help.

Let me know..... Thanks everyone and have a wonderful day.

do you use www.myfitnesspal.com? If so add me, I am holbraden. There are quite a few of us on there. Good luck with the C25K. I haven't done that, but I have started adding a little run in with my morning walks and I can go way farther than I did in the beginning!

I'm starting the c25k today also!! So if you'd like we can keep up day to day on how we are doing and keep each other accountable. I definitely need someone to help me with this that is in the same situation as I am!!

I just completed the first week c25k and starting my second week tomorrow. You can add me down if you would like.

I'm locked in too. I am doing "Warrior Dash" in 3 wks and counting ... so let's use this thread (or create a new one) to check in.

Im on my fitness pal too as sunnyhoney11

Try deep water aerobics! It is truly the best, and if you don't use a float belt you burn even more calories. I love it because it doesn't feel like a workout while I am doing it because I am fighting buoyancy instead of gravity! It surprisingly burns ALOT of calories too... I love it and have stuck to it since I was banded 3/27/12 and have already lost 35lbs!

how does one look up another person on My Fitness Pal???

we would have to join back up at the Y to be able to do the Water aerobics. we were there for a while, but my husband wanted a more "hard-core" work out and the Y didn't do it for him.

So yesterday: Ate 6 crackers with cream cheese and strawberry pepper jelly with coffee, hand full of bugles, three little packs of sixlets... egg salad with crackers..... and one slice of pizza. could have been a lot better,,,, but could have been worse.

Walked for 45 min.

Today will be better.

hi there! started week three of the couch to 5k and am also on mfp...i'm phatkatbblue there...i'll add you!
