Ugh So Sick

anyone else feeling very sick today? any ideas what i can do??

Is it nausea? If so try Gravol or something to calm your stomach (flat ginger ale or ginger tea). I've vomited from my stomach after being banded and ug, that is NOT fun. Worse than before banding for sure!

I don't know where you are but there's a very nasty gastro going around here. Don't eat if you feel that you are going to vomit and be sure to see a dr early for some anti nausea treatment. I went to the ER last week and although I was still very sick, getting treatment early made me feel reassured about limiting any effect on my band.
