I am six weeks post op and my port area has bothered me ever since surgery. Not pain, per se, more discomfort. If I slouch while sitting it is very sore. I find that I am leaning back while driving and while typing to keep the discomfort down. I almost want to get my lowest rib removed on that side to make more room for the port.
