Huge Bruise Under My Belly Button?

I assume this is normal 5-days post-op, but I want to be sure... There's a huge bruise under my belly button and it seems like blood has been collecting inside the part of my stomach that folds down... I feel fine otherwise, but want to make sure I'm not the only one. Doesn't seem like something to call the doc about unless this is very weird to you all..

thanks

I had an enormous bruise on my lower abdomen after surgery, where my port was placed (I had SILS). I asked for it because I didn't want to have five incisions...now I have a big gigantic scar. My fiance has five little ones and you can barely see them. Go figure!

They may have given you an injection in your abdomen of heparin (an anticoagulant) they did to me and I had a huge bruise too.

I would call your doc if it gets bigger. I had a couple bruises in front and side, maybe pulling of the stomach during surgery not sure but the eventually went away.
