I need to stay focus I'm only on day 5 of my pre op liquid diet and 3 of them days I have slipped up :( .Lost 12 lbs within the first 4days :) . I have gained 3lbs back :(

Of course, try to follow your doctor's orders and be careful. There have been stories on here about doctors closing people back up because their liver was still too fatty.

please take this part of the process seriously. it might seem trivial today but it's all important. One step at a time......walk them all.

Keep ur chin up darling ull get thru it, I am pre op but I am changing the way I eat and what I eat now rather than suffer later and it sucks but I know I'll get thru it good luck on ur surgery the liquid nonsense will only be a blink of an eye in the bigger picture.
