My left side that feels like a runners cramp is sore and I am 8 days out. They said it was scar tissue building up.

I'm one day out and I am very sore.

Im four days out and my pain is very minimal. My second day was the worst from bloating and the port site hurting but today I feel pretty good. There is still some pain around my port site but I'm able to bend over and twist better with very little pain. My gas pain is almost completely gone also.
