I'm kind of like that, I can only manage a protein shake and granola bar in the morning.

Same here, protein shake in the morning. Usually a salad with grilled chicken. I found whole wheat high fiber tortillas at Costco, so usually have one of those with something on it... often it's ground turkey, but have also used chicken salad. Sometimes I'll have an apple for a snack (and extra fiber) or a frozen greek yogurt bar.

5:30am Breakfast (string cheese x2 and hummus)

I start getting hungery between 9:30 and 10:00 so I have a small snack (almonds, or carrots with PB)

11:30 ..Lunch (I alternate between Boca Burger/Turkey Burger/Morningstar burger or Grilled Essentials Chicken) and occaisionally 1/3-1/4 cup of veggies

3:30 snack (same as morning snack)

6:00/6:30 if not later... steak, chicken or like tonight 1/3 cup of refried Beans, 1oz of steak and 1 tbsp of guacamole
