Protein Shake Recipes

I am having a VERY hard time getting all of my protein in everyday, so I have bought some cake batter protein powder. I would like to know if anyone had tried this and what do you put in it? I am scared that after a couple of days I won't want it anymore. So I am looking for some new ways to make it taste a lil different.

I bought mine at the GNC store but you should just be able online and buy some.

I bought Jay Robb tropical dreamsicle and it is DELICIOUS! Almost like a creamsicle- I will be using this to make ice cream in my Ninja come summer time.

I add protein powder to pudding mix and use a little less skim milk that the box calls for. I had some vanilla sugar free pudding with vanilla protein powder that ended up tasting like vanilla cake batter ~ UMMMM, so good. I am on to mushies tomorrow but have really struggled getting my protein in too.

I have a good commercial brand blender. I start with 2 scoops 100% whey, and add 30ml Liquid Protein.

After that, ANYTHING goes. Strawberries, blueberries, banana, Peanut Butter, oranges, pineapple...whatever your imagination leads you.

I've even thrown in y chewable vitamins in there to get pulverized.

I wonder how a little rum would taste???? Hmmmm..

Looking good B-52!!!
