Started the shakes a week ago and have lost 7 lbs. Met my surgeon yesterday and all clear for surgery next Wednesday April 4th. Ready!

As to what's next after the seminars it varies from where you go. I had to do a bunch of pre op requirements and my insurance paid for the whole thing. Took 3 months total for insurance approval and requirements completed.

I know the feeling you have because my surgery is on the 3rd of April and I am excited yet nervous. I want to make sure I am doing everything correct also I had to do a two week all liquid diet, so your lucky you havent had to do the pre-op diet that long. Congrats on the all clear.
