Costco has chocolate and vanilla shakes made by premier nutrition. The shakes taste relatively good and have 30 grams of protein. I have 2-3 each day and feel great.

I get Muscle Milk at Costco too. They have the Muscle Milk light in premaid ready to take box drinks. I tried the Whey Protien in Vanilla and it was Not cool, bad after taste. Body Fortress from Walmart is good. Mind you, I make them with skim milk or plain yogurt sometimes a little peanut butter or banana if I need a bit more to stay full and I don't feel like a solid food meal. Its yummy.

Unjury makes several awesome products. They have a soup, a strawberry, and some cheese sauce that are all whey protein. I like their chocolae and vanilla but unjury products are expensive. I buy my chocolate and vanilla at target. They're half the price. I don't like muscle milk. I'm actually tired of all the shakes but I've learned how to dress them up to make them taste great. Or at least palatable.

The whey protein has a liquid protein which is good for after surgery since u will be on a liquid diet they come in different flavors. Its called new wheu

I was told by my diet girl to get soy or whey protein isolate, not concentrate. I found soy isolate at SAMS. This stuff tastes really bad to me. Next time I was at the hospital, I asked if all these protein supplement’s tasted this bad. She said try the whey isolate. They actually sell this on line, called Bariatric Essentials. Got the chocolate version. This stuff is good. Taste like a thick milkshake, Downside, kind of expensive at $60 a bag (35 serving size).
