    My Pre-Op Diet Instructions Stink!

For my pre op diet I was on muscle milk ( protein) 3 times a day for 2 weeks. It helped a lot. Also now I am doing bariatric advantage protein now and it's very good. If u absolutely need some food have baked season chicken and 1 cup of veggies. Also I would start working out ASAP hope everything works out for you
  19. Hello, I can totally relate to how you feel. I am 24 days post op and I am feeling so hungry it isn't even funny and I don't go for my first fill till May 30th ugh. As for the liquid diet what I did was below hope this helps. Cream of wheat with 1% milk Thinned mashed potatoes ( you can make home made or got to KFC and get theirs.) Creamed soups made with nonfat or 1% milk Thinned sugar free yogurt sugar free popsicles. I would up your Protein to 12 Fl oz of Water if you can. It will help a lot. Hope everything works out for you.

    Tortillas

Does anyone know if once we are in the regular food diet stage if tortillas like wheat or red ones are ok to eat? I like having my chicken and Turky wrapped in them once in a while and wanted to know if it was ok. I have a book that was given to me and it says yes on the allowed side but on the not allowed side it also says it's not allowed and I'm a little confused ...

I agree with you as well I am 10 days post op and it is driving me nuts as well. Just hang in there it will get better. When mine itch really bad and I can't stand it anymore I put a pack of frozen corn on my tummy and it feels so good. You can also use ice just wrap it in a towel first.
