Vitamin Quantity?

I was recently talking to a bandster that was done in October12. She asked if I was taking Vitamins and I said a multi and Vitamin B-12 shot once a month. She said oh no you should be taking two multis-one in am and one in pm and a Calcium supplement?

I tried two and ended up with headache and just bought the calcium today,

Do I really need that much? I know that what doesn't get used the body just flushes it away.

I was told a chewable multi-vitamin and a calcium chew. I think I will take biotin as well, just in case hair loss is in my future.

Did you order the Bariatric Advantage vitaband chewables? I think I will be ordering them this weekend. What flavor did you get?

yeah thats the once ....i got Watermelon for the multivitamins and Wild Cherry for the calcium once .....they did take a little over 2 weeks to get to me they ran out ....so i had to wait a little ....

I got the Bariatric Advantage chewable multi's and the cinnamon calcium lozenge... I LOVED the multis at first (got both watermelon and berry) but now they are way too sweet.. they make me kind of sick thinking about chewing them.

Tomorrow I'm going to try crushing it up and putting it in a tiny amount of liquid like a shooter. Maybe that helps.

thank you ladies I guess I do have to take them, I will double check with nurse, all I remembered really was the multiviitamin.,

I bought a target but I will look into getting online once I finish

They aren't bad. The texture is pretty chalky, but they taste just like hot tamales. I'm going to pick up some caramel chews from Target instead though. I can't handle the chalkiness. When I read "lozenge" I thought it meant that it would be more like a hard candy, but it's not.. It's a chewable thing.

Yes they are pretty dusty when u bite them i should have went with the cinnamon once cause the Wild cherry is not the best ....i might just reorder....and try the caramel chews

check with your doc, I too take a multi and Calcium citrate ( 500 X3). I have never been good about taking Vitamins for any length of time but I do now.

I also spend the money to get the best I can afford - no gummy vitamins. Because we eat so differently now, we need the best!
