Hunger/gas Pains

Is it normal to have severe hunger/gas pains? My stomach has been sore and sending pain like lightning, been on pre-op diet since 1/16. If this does not resolve by tomorrow will call clinic. Been experiencing these pains for 2 days, did well on diet up until now. Have no idea why this is happening thinking I'm going into starvation mode.

  • I did'nt get hunger pains like that but if your shake is whey based some people have trouble with the lactic acid. Also your body is used to probably 3000 calories a day and you've but it done to 100

Have you been walking? I would drink tea and have a gas x strip. Lay on your left side legs together knees bent and let it rip! If you are drinking Protein the powders cause had try Muscle milk light.
