Day 1 Pre-Op Diet

In mind I just knew that the pre-op diet will be the worst part of the process, however I knew that if I wanted to be a new me I had to make sacrifices. In the past the protein shakes that I had were horrible, I am please to say that the Smoothie King Gladiator Straberry Low Carbohydrate Meal Replacement with 45 grams of protein and 2 grams of card is the BEST.... just thought I'd share.

Wow 45 grams of Protein? That is a hell of a lot of protein in a shake. I will have to try and find it, to try. Thanks. My pre-op diet is almost over. And then the 3 weeks of liquids start. Woo-hoo.
