<p>Hello... Everyone I have made the decision to have the lap band surgery after many fail attempts. A year ago I lost 27 pounds using phentermine and gained it all back seem like 2x....lol I do evercise on a regular basis, my problem is eating carbs and sugar. I have decided to train for my marathon (Lap Band Surgery). I look foward to meeting others in their journey.</p>
