Welcome Lisa Marie you have come to a wonderful place! There is a lot of information and support on this site. It has really helped me with different things I have gone through to have people in the same place as me or ones that have gone through it and can offer their support.

Lisa, how long have you been at your current weight? Whenever I had a long plateau I got a tiny fill and started losing easily again! I was almost going to give up and be happy at 180, then at 155 (two long [plateaus) but I self paid and really wanted to get to normal BMI! My last plateau-busting fill was only 0.3cc and it took me to 140 in two months where i am happily living now! I LOVE this band!

Welcome, Lisa Marie! You can probably help me - I had my surgery on 12/30 and am learning so much every day. This site is incredible - the people are so helpful and supportive and I've found so many answers to questions that the doctors don't even think about.

Glad you're here!
