Rockin My Band

the hospital where my doctors office is asked me to speak at there first patient run Support Group forum. There are 3 patients from each type of surgery and I get to be there to represent! YAY!

I am so excited!

I havent been around in a while, I've kinda been out living my life! I joined a gym (not a new years resolution!) and I've actually been going! I finally kicked through my plateau and next month I'll be back on the weight loss challenges.
