I was banded on 12/29 and untill i started to push the protine shales Yes i had ZERO energy. So I would focus on them protine drinks ;)

If I do not get my protein in and make sure I am exercising my energy level drops so I make sure both are right and I feel great!

You must be in good order with nutrition and exercise to feel better...

Are you taking a good vitamin? I have recently started taking a liquid vit by Nature's Plus "Source of Life Gold". I feel so good and have energy like never before!

I also take a liquid calcium by a company called Tropical Oasis - tastes good and has great amt of citrate calcium. I take a 1/2 T. twice a day. my doc wants me to take 1200 mg.

Dr Oz was talking about how complex carbs help with brain function and energy. maybe that would help.

My dr also mentioned that with rapid weightloss there would be a period of no energy it will eventually turn around, but yes Protein and vitamins do help!
