Today, a lady at work said "here comes skinny minny." OMGoodness, I haven't been called that in......never!!! Yay!! I told them I still weighed 178 though (i know, I'm my own worst enemy) and still had another 28 pounds to lose. The woman said if I lost another 28 pounds, i'd blow away.

people say the silliest things. Take the complement and run!!! 150 sounds great keep up the good work!

Good job!! You should feel so proud of yourself! Keep up the good work!

How exciting!

Enjoy the compliment ;-)

Practice saying "thank you!" and walking away. Accepting compliments needs to become something you can do with grace, because will be something that happens often. And in odd ways, too. Don't lose any more! You're gonna get skinnier than me! How much are you planning to lose?

It's a nice acknowledgement when people say "Hey Skinny!" I'd say, "HI, and thank you!"

that must have felt SO good.
