Light Headed And Passing Out

Well, we had a Xmas potluck today at work and after eating I almost passed out!!!

Has this ever happened after eating junk?? I ate a very small portion of everything but it wasn't that bad.....a little here and there but after i was done i almost collapsed!

Ive been banded a year now and can notice when I dont eat on track my body gets mad at me!!!

Scarey!

That happens to me a lot when I get dehydrated. It is so hard to get enough fluids!!

@jreal, when u get dehydrated, do u also get lightheaded and nauseated? These R the symptoms Iv'e had lately along with diarrhea.

Faye-Faye, what other symptoms did u have before feeling faint?

Those all are signs of dehydration. Ensure that your water intake is up. A lot of people, for some reason believe, that becasue it is winter time they do not need to drink as much water cause they are not sweating. So false. Need to increase your fluid intake. Ensure that you are eating and getting the proper amount of vitamins from your food or from supplements.
