1st Stuck Episode

17 days post op, I know now I do have a band in me, I had a stuck episide eating talapia, im in the puree/soft food stage , man that was something,iy didnt last longbut I don't want to have a repeat either,I'm going back to protein drinks....

try to do sport and eat vegetables, you can wake up in the morning and go run outside, if u do this everyday for sure u will be slime.
