First blockage - I'm so excited

I'm so happy. I had my first fill on Monday. At first I felt no restriction.

Today, I had my first blockage. Is it so wrong to be excited about that. I ate some part of my lunch too fast and felt it block temporarily. Lasted about 5 minutes. Didn't PB or anything, but it was unpleasant nonetheless.
